Chakra Balancing: Simple Techniques That Create Amazing Results Fast

Chakra Balancing and Chakra Meditation are terms that most people who embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth will encounter once they begin to awaken their spiritual self.

In a nutshell chakra balancing is a technique where you or a practitioner attempts to restore balance and harmony to your seven major chakras (your chakra system can come out of balance due to stress and emotional confrontation).

When your chakras are in balance you will most likely feel happy, positive and 'together'. When your chakras are out-of-balance you will most likely feel tired, emotionally low and often 'scattered' (or as many people say 'all over the place').

The 7 Major Chakras
Our seven major chakras are energy centres that occur along the body from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each chakra has a specific purpose and supplies Universal Life Force Energy (Chi) to the body’s organs and they energise the meridian system which is what practitioners of Chinese Medicine work with.

In addition to having a specific purpose each chakra resonates to a harmonic of one of the seven notes of the western musical scale. Here is a list of the seven major chakras and the corresponding note and colour:

1. Bass Chakra - Note: C - Colour: Red
2. Sacral Chakra - Note: D - Colour: Orange
3. Hara Chakra - Note: E - Colour: Yellow
4. Heart Chakra - Note: F - Colour: Green
5. Throat Chakra - Note: G - Colour: Light Blue
6. Third Eye Chakra - Note: A - Colour: Dark Blue
7: Crown Chakra - Note: B - Colour: Violet

How To Do Chakra Balancing
Although you can spend a lifetime learning about the chakra system and ways to work with it there's a number of simple exercises and techniques you can learn right away that will get you instant results.

The first one is to begin working with the colours of the chakra system. All you have to do is sit upright in a chair and begin to visualise and 'feel' the colour of each chakra and focus your awareness on the specific chakra you are working with.

Another simple and easy way to balance your chakras is to listen to the sounds of the chakras and allow the sounds to balance them. A popular form of chakra balancing is to listen the sounds of Tibetan chakra bowls either struck (gonged) or spun (made to 'sing').

I've put together a collection of chakra balancing, energy healing and meditation exercises along with audio training and diagrams of the chakras in a free five part course that you can sign up for and begin using to create more balance and harmony in your life right away. Even though some of the techniques are quite advanced and I cover a lot of material in the course it's presented in a straight forward way and it's easy to understand and apply.
